My name is Justin Cacioppo. I have been studying, practicing, training, pursuing online courses, as well as engaging in the field of Transcription for a little over a year. My area of practice is in General Transcription. I am currently enrolled in TranscribeAnywhere, which is an excellent source of learning material to further advance my skill set with audio/video transcription, material such as proper formatting, time coding, and grammar/spelling/punctuation tutorials on another level. I am currently employed by GoTranscript as a transcriber and as a part-time gig to supplement my full-time job. I am currently seeking serious clients as well as consistent work.
I DO NOT involve myself with Medical Transcription or Legal Transcription.
I am a freelancer. This means I do work for any and everyone who needs their audio/video transcribed into Microsoft Word and formatted properly. This includes but is not limited to: Podcasts, radio talk shows, Youtubers, product demonstrators, safety/how to videos, workplace orientations, speeches, televised events, therapy sessions, and pretty much everything except closed captioning as I am limited to about 80-100 wpm typing.
All of your files and information stay confidential and I do not share. They are deleted upon completion.
Don't trust just any geek with a keyboard to provide you with transcription services. That's what I'm here for. I have invested a lot of money into my practice and have all of the necessary software and hardware to get the job done efficiently.
